The Bible

We read, teach and obey God’s Word in its entirety
The Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to humanity and is the sole practical guide for transforming our lives. (Hebrews 4:12, Psalm 119: 105, 2 Timothy 3: 16-17)

Spiritual Transformation

We invite God to continually transform us
Spiritual transformation is God’s work of making us more like Jesus. (Ephesians 4: 22-24, 2 Corinthians 3: 18, Philippians 1: 6)

Courage and Sacrifice

We live courageously for Christ
God calls us to glorify Him by boldly following Jesus’ example. We demonstrate true faith by obeying Jesus no matter the cost and by intentionally sacrificing things of this world for Him and for others. (Deuteronomy 31: 6-8, Hebrews 11: 8-12, Ephesians 5: 2, John 15: 13)

Community

We honor God by building personal connections to give and receive love, support and accountability in a spirit of unity
God made us for relationships. He united us out of diverse backgrounds, abilities and callings to spur each other on to grow in faith and service to Him. (Hebrews 10: 24-25, 1 Corinthians 1: 10 and 12: 12-19, Acts 2: 46-47, Colossians 3: 13-14)

Family

We encourage and strengthen families
The family is God’s foundational unit for society and should be a primary source of encouragement, Godly instruction, and spiritual and physical support. (Matthew 19: 4-6, Ephesians 5: 21 and 6: 4, Deuteronomy 6: 4-9)

Prayer

We embrace prayer for expressing praise, confessing sin, lifting up the needs of others, and allowing God to change us
Prayer is a loving communication with God for strengthening our relationship with Him. (John 17: 1 and 20-24, Psalm 118: 5-6, Isaiah 58: 9, Jeremiah 29: 12-13, Philippians 4: 6-7, 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)

Intentional Discipleship

We fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples who make disciples
Discipleship is the process by which persons become obedient and consistent followers of Jesus Christ. This is the focus of everything we do. (Matthew 28: 18-20, Colossians 2: 6-7, 2 Timothy 2: 2, 1 Peter 3: 15)
